First, the basic rules
'**Payment method**
Cash only (Zambia Kwacha), no:
- Bank card/credit card
- Mobile payments (except Airtel Money)
- Cheques or other payment vouchers

• **Receipt requirements**
1. 100% on-site payment + freight
2. Provide valid identification (NRC/passport)
3. **Handwritten signature + right thumbprint** (legally required)

• **Package inspection**
The right to unpack and inspect the goods on-site, provided that:
- In the presence of the driver
- Payment is still required after unpacking
- The problem product needs to be photographed and signed by the driver
